    最近的计划

    1.每天尽量早睡觉,先保持1点前睡觉的,然后再想办法养成12点前睡觉的好习惯
    2.上班不迟到,尽量早出门
    3.不抽烟喝酒
    4.不熬夜泡夜店
    5.三餐饭认真的按时的吃,而且尽量不吃垃圾食品,把肠胃调理好
    6.健身,争取一周一次
    7.一周一次护理,要健康也要好肌肤
    8.认真工作,尽量把工作当天完成不拖第二天
    9.冷静,不乱发脾气,学会三思而后行
    10.定期要和死党们出去玩一起吃饭!朋友永远是最大的财富
    11.把38交代的事情统统安排掉
